Eligibility & Program Requirements
Review the eligibility standards and documentation required for participation in the Affordable Housing Program. After reviewing eligibility standards and required documentation,
applicants must contact our leasing office to join the waitlist or submit an application.
Eligibility Requirements
Eligibility is based on gross annual household income and household size. Income must not exceed current HUD program limits, updated annually. Household income, assets, and family composition are verified at application and annually thereafter. Households must not own a home at move-in, and the apartment must serve as the primary residence. Household size must align with unit size (for example, one person may not lease a two-bedroom apartment).
Application Criteria
Join the waitlist (if applicable), submit both the lease application and Affordable Housing Program application with all required documents, complete the eligibility review process, and sign the lease along with the Affordable Housing Addendum upon approval.
Required Documentation
Required documentation includes a signed application, proof of income and assets, most recent tax returns, disability verification (if applicable), and documentation confirming you do not currently own a home.
Program Notes
Rents are reviewed annually, and residents are responsible for utilities. Each apartment includes one parking space, and pets are welcome per community guidelines. Reasonable accommodations are available, and homes stay affordable unless household income exceeds 140% of the program limit.
Important Information: All required documentation must be submitted promptly to avoid delays. Additional information may be requested based on your household’s specific circumstances.
Income Guidelines
Our income limits are designed to serve a range of household sizes and income levels, ensuring affordable housing options for our community.
